Our Sponsor/Investors

Sponsor/Investors with Aved provide the funds for the investment pool. These are investors who want an investment vehicle that is not tied to the ups and downs of the stock market. The recognize the opportunities in real estate but either cannot, or do not want to be involved in day to day management of real estate.

  • Are individuals or corporate entities residing in Wisconsin.
  • Can contribute a minimum of $25000 to the investment pool.
  • Who are willing to place their cash equity at the disposal of Real Estate Partners for a solid rate of return.

Our Real Estate Partners:

The advantage Aved gives our Real Estate Partners is huge. Aved provides 100% of the money for the deal (up to 65% LTV). Real Estate Partners can then purchase properties from an all-cash position. Solid cash offers create a stronger negotiating position that generate more deals with better profit potential. The more deals the RE investor gets, the more money we everyone makes.

  • Are experienced Real Estate entrepreneurs
  • Have access to profitable real estate opportunities with at least 65% LTV potential.

Jeff has spent the largest part of his career immersed in the inner workings of business as a systems analyst for large privately owned corporations. As a skilled systems thinker and process architect he has been directly involved in improving efficiency and profitability in areas of:

In 2007 he managed a key project involving the installation of new enterprise software and actually brought the completed project in 10% under budget – an amazing accomplishment for this kind of complex project.

For the last 4 years Jeff has been turning his energy toward opportunities in the Real Estate market. Aved’s 3-Part Business Model

Aved uses a unique arrangement of three related corporate entities to provide security for investors, flexibility for partners, and opportunity for strong return on investment for all parties. By separating the entities, Aved offers a high level of transparency and safety to investors.

Aved Financial Group LLC

AFG is the brain and control center of this unique private money structure.

  • AFG will manage both the investment pool (like a mutual fund) and the real estate partners (like the companies the fund invests in).
  • AFG also functions as the marketing arm of the structure.

Aved Fund LLC

Investors’ money will join a pool of funds invested in local real estate opportunities.

  • The first 8% of profits will be paid to the investor.
  • Only after Aved earns 8% for its investors does it get to participate in the profits.
  • Investors must meet certain minimum criteria to join the pool.

Aved Partners X LLC

The partners are a group of corporate entities that will partner with Aved to purchase, improve and resell properties at a profit within a defined time span.

  • At any given time Aved expects to manage as many as 25 separate partner projects simultaneously.
